About the Role!
This role is based at our mall booth and focuses on customer service, basic retail operations, and supporting both business and
individual customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all day-to-day booth operations.
- Respond to inquiries from businesses inside Citystars Mall as well as external businesses using the PUDO service.
- Manage business drop-offs, pickups, and cash-out transactions as needed.
- Support new business sign-ups for Bosta services (no active sales pushing—assist walk-ins who express interest).
- Assist individual customers (C2C) by preparing their packages, including wrapping, attaching flyers, adding detailed address tags, and scheduling the pickup.
- Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in clients.
- Handle occasional cash-out or settlement processes with partner businesses.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong background in customer service.
- Comfortable handling simple financial transactions and settlements.
- Able to manage booth operations efficiently and maintain a professional, helpful attitude.
