We are building a new generation of phone retail stores that combine the convenience of online marketplaces with the trust of physical stores.

Internship Overview

As a Store Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in smartphone retail operations and customer engagement. You will support the retail team in assisting customers with phone purchases, trade-ins, and daily store activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

This internship is suitable for students who are interested in retail sales, customer service, and consumer electronics.

What You’ll Learn & Support

Retail Sales Support

• Assist customers in exploring smartphones and accessories

• Support the team in recommending devices based on customer needs and budget

• Learn basic POS and payment handling processes

Trade-In Support

• Assist with basic phone inspections during trade-in processes

• Support documentation and device handling for buyback transactions

Customer Experience

• Provide friendly customer service and support daily customer interactions

• Learn how to create a smooth and transparent retail experience

Store Operations

• Support daily housekeeping and store presentation

• Ensure devices and pricing displays are organised and updated

Social Media Support

• Assist in creating simple TikTok or Instagram content for store promotions and new arrivals

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome students who:

• Enjoy interacting with customers

• Have interest in smartphones, gadgets, or technology

• Are willing to learn in a retail sales environment

• Are comfortable working in shopping mall retail stores

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to support the team

Students with part-time retail, sales, or customer service experience will have an added advantage.

Internship Details

• 5 working days per week

• Retail shift hours (including weekends and public holidays)

• Internship location: Chinatown and/or Jurong Point Mall Carousell Mobile Store
