Reservation Manager - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

What you’ll do…

• Leads the Reservations function, drives commercial performance, and manages the team
• Strategic, operational, commercial, and people management responsibilities.
• Makes operational decisions, resolves complex issues, and improves processes.
• Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.
• Owns reservation performance, inventory optimization, forecasting, and revenue contribution
• Partners with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Hotel Leadership
• Leads, coaches, schedules, and develops the Reservations team.
• Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.

• You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
