Research Data Engineer Support Services

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Research Data Engineer Support Services professional in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, remote position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain ETL/data pipelines.
Integrate structured and unstructured data.
Support database optimization.
Support secure data storage and data governance.
Support data interoperability.
Support analytics and AI/ML environments.

What You Bring:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, software engineering, data science, or related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of data engineering, database, or cloud data infrastructure experience.
Demonstrated experience developing ETL/data pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured data, database optimization, secure data storage, data governance, interoperability, and supporting analytics or AI/ML environments.
CAC eligibility.
Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement unless the Government or security office determines a higher tier is necessary.
