Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Specialist who will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier healthcare services within our medical facility. This role involves working closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure the best patient care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on health management and medical follow-ups

- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in patient care and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in CPR or BLS
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN license in state
