Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist
Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and record observations accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on management of illnesses or injuries.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in critical care or emergency nursing.
- Advanced CPR certification.
Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience.
Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
