Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-hospital home care needs, diet, exercise, and the management of their health and wellness.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Current state RN license.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting for at least 2 years.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
Education and Certifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
