The Role

Ready to shape how millions of guests discover two leading designer outlets? As Regional Media Manager, you will lead media strategy across Roermond and Roosendaal, turning commercial goals into integrated, measurable campaigns.

You will shape the long-term roadmap, guide significant investment and use customer insight and performance data to attract new audiences and drive visits.

Working alongside our existing Regional Media Manager, you will partner with centre teams, Group Marketing and agencies—bringing strategic direction, constructive challenge and commercial focus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the media strategy and roadmap for Roermond and Roosendaal, translating commercial priorities into clear annual and campaign plans.
  • Use customer insight, market trends and Media Mix Modelling to guide audiences, channels and investment.
  • Lead integrated activity across paid social, search, video, connected TV, radio, digital out-of-home, content and influencers.
  • Own budgets, forecasting and performance, optimising campaigns to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Lead agency relationships and briefs, constructively challenging recommendations and delivery.
  • Connect centre marketing, analytics, CRM, tourism, PR, content and commercial teams around the guest journey.
  • Turn performance findings into persuasive recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Adapt plans for Dutch and cross-border audiences while identifying emerging media opportunities and sharing best practice.

To Be Successful You’ll Bring

  • Significant senior-level experience leading media strategy in an agency or advertiser-side environment; retail, leisure, destination or other footfall-driving experience is an advantage.
  • A strategic, commercial mindset and a track record of turning business goals into insight-led plans and measurable results.
  • Proven ownership of significant budgets, agency relationships and integrated media activity across multiple campaigns or markets.
  • Strong expertise in audience strategy, performance marketing, measurement and optimisation.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders, challenging agencies and bringing clear recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, planning and project management skills, with experience using insight, campaign data and tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, DV360 or Smartly.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dutch media landscape; Belgium and/or Germany experience is beneficial.
  • Fluent English and Dutch are essential; German is an advantage.
