Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and general company activities.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist customers and visitors with requests and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized visitor and customer information.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
- Support general administrative and customer service activities.
- Communicate customer needs and requests to appropriate team members.
- Assist with routine office organization and paperwork.
- Help ensure the front office operates smoothly.
