Job duties:
· Represent clients in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
· Advise developers and property owners on real estate development projects and related legal requirements.
· Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and other real estate contracts.
· Conduct title examinations and review title commitments, surveys, easements, restrictions, and related property records.
Required:
· VA license
· Recent real estate experience
