What you´ll do Manage quality investigations, NCMRs, customer complaints, and corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Perform physical, chemical, and performance testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications. Maintain laboratory operations through equipment calibration, inventory management, and sample preparation activities. Coordinate sample documentation and shipments to customers, suppliers, and external testing laboratories. Support audits, inspections, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams while promoting safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
