Project Manager – EPC (High Voltage Substations)

Your tasks & responsabilities:

• Lead and coordinate EPC projects in high voltage substations (110–400 kV)

• Plan and manage project scope, budget, timeline and resources

• Develop WBS, project schedule and Project Execution Plan (PEP)

• Monitor KPIs, costs and profitability; initiate corrective actions when needed

• Identify and manage project risks and maintain the Risk Register

• Coordinate site activities together with the Site Manager

• Supervise subcontractors, contracts, testing and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements and HSE regulations

• Lead progress meetings and maintain communication with clients, designers and authorities

• Prepare monthly reports and final project closing documentation
  

Your Profile

• University degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering or similar technical field

• 3–5 years of experience in EPC project management (energy / oil & gas / industrial projects)

• Experience with high voltage substations (110–400 kV)

• Strong knowledge of substation technologies, SCADA systems, protection systems and regulations

• Solid leadership, coordination and resource planning skills

• Driving license (Category B) and availability for business travel / site presence

• Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification or experience with MS Project / Primavera is a plus

• Knowledge of ANRE regulations or certification (4A / 4B) is considered an advantage
