Project Manager, Enterprise Systems Integration (Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Enterprise Systems Integration (Contract) based in United States.

This contract role will lead a complex, multi-phase enterprise systems integration following an acquisition. You’ll oversee the migration of financial systems, master data, supply chain operations, EDI, inventory, and related technology platforms. Working across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and external implementation partners, you’ll coordinate technical and business workstreams from planning through cutover. The role requires hands-on project leadership, careful dependency management, and strong attention to operational continuity. You’ll manage risks, budgets, vendors, timelines, and phase-gate decisions while ensuring data integrity throughout the transition. Your work will help consolidate systems, minimize disruption, and establish reliable processes for post-migration operations.

• Own the end-to-end project plan across financial, data, integration, supply chain, and operational workstreams, sequencing dependencies across each phase.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, and external implementation partners.
• Build and maintain detailed project timelines, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, and phase-gate criteria for go/no-go decisions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate technical work involving NetSuite configuration, Celigo integration flows, Orderful EDI mapping, and related enterprise systems.
• Lead the migration of financial data and structures into the consolidated NetSuite environment.
• Coordinate master data transformation and migration covering items, vendors, customers, pricing, and related information.
• Oversee integrations involving WMS, Shopify, EDI, iPaaS platforms, and other core enterprise systems.
• Manage the physical inventory transition between 3PL facilities, including cutover dates, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment continuity.
• Track project budgets, vendor contracts, statements of work, and spending against plan.
• Identify data-quality issues, system compatibility gaps, trading-partner delays, and other risks early, driving resolution or escalating with recommended solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional status meetings and provide clear project reporting to leadership.
• Manage change communications for teams affected by new systems and processes.
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation at key migration milestones, including financial accuracy, inventory counts, and order-flow continuity.
• Create documentation, process materials, and handoff resources to support internal teams following migration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP or financial systems migrations, ideally including NetSuite-to-NetSuite consolidations.
• Direct experience with EDI implementations or migrations, including platforms such as Orderful, SPS Commerce, or similar.
• Experience with iPaaS and integration platforms, with Celigo experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating WMS integrations and/or 3PL transitions, including physical inventory movements.
• Familiarity with Shopify in a direct-to-consumer or retail environment.
• Experience with inventory planning, demand planning, or replenishment tools such as StockIQ is a plus.
• Strong track record managing complex, multi-phase technical projects with significant financial and operational impact.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, including developers, integration engineers, and system administrators, as well as business stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong risk identification, escalation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, contracts, and statements of work.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Atlassian, or similar platforms.
• M&A integration experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple dependencies, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
