Details
• 3+ Years of experience
• Mandatory Skills - Microsoft Office Suite
• Project coordinators are responsible for coordinating meetings and attending to all logistics requirements on the account.
• handling of project documentations, uploading and downloading from various repository (from both Amdocs an clients)
• attending and taking minutes when requested
• consolidating the Minutes of Meeting and filed on the designated location of the repository
• supporting on site logistics, such as getting visitors on site and ensuring all security guidelines are adhered by
• assisting project managers and directors in collating, gathering information as per request
• updating documentation as per request
• ensuring relevant and accurate communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Job Requirements skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail and excellent grammar
• Experience using MicroSoft software: word processing programs and spreadsheets, powerpoint, Visio
• Ability to multitask is MANDATORY
• Great team spirit , flexibility and collaborative approach across the Account
