Program Management Manager, Fleet Health, Reliability, and Central Engineering

Meta is seeking an experienced people leader to head program management within the Fleet Operations, Reliability and Central Engineering (FORCE) org. The FORCE organization designs, implements, and continuously evolves the systems and processes by collaborating with Meta's Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to operationalize new technologies, processes, and innovative automation to operate at a global scale. In this role you will lead a multi-team organization of program managers and frontline managers accountable for the tooling portfolio that supports global provisioning, deployment, and 24x7 fleet operations. You will own the multi-year NPI portfolio for Infra Data Centers (IDC), set the operating model that helps tooling development for hardware NPIs, manage fleet health outcomes, and represent in Infra Data Center (IDC) and Infra leadership forums. In this role you will set direction and priorities across a broad space, bring clarity to complex problem areas, and identify new programs that drive step-change impact. You have experience securing resources across cross-functional teams and building programs that create growth opportunities for others.
