Program Coordinator

Position Summary Supports and advances rural health workforce development initiatives across the National Center for Rural Health Professions (NCRHP), with a primary focus on career pathway programming, student engagement, and regional workforce alignment. This role coordinates and implements programming spanning middle school through professional training, supports the Illinois AHEC Network, and contributes to Rural Health Transformation (RHT) workforce priorities. Duties Responsibilities Lead coordination of Health Career Pathway Programs (middle school, high school, undergraduate and_x000d_ pipeline programs) and Career Tech Pathway Initiatives._x000d_ Coordinate curriculum delivery across pathways programming with LMS platforms. Serve as liasion for pathways programs across regional workforce programming. Serve as primary student engagement point of contact for students across pathway programs. Serve as data manager of the Rural HPE program databases, including developing and maintaining an inventory of data files. Create independently, or with a team, publications promoting and/or explaining the processes and results of the program. Resolve scheduling, logistics and operational issues. Mentor students interested in rural health careers in collaboration with other NCRHP staff.
