Production Manager (m/w/d)

You lead the production organization with a clear focus on objectives and ensure the achievement of agreed performance indicators in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You are responsible for the continuous optimization of all manufacturing processes and ensure the economical and efficient use of resources. You ensure the on-time production of our products while maintaining the highest quality standards and meeting customer requirements. You drive the continuous improvement of production performance through the application of Lean Management methods, Operational Excellence initiatives, and structured problem-solving processes.
