About the role

As global enterprises, cloud providers, and service providers increasingly adopt Network-as-a-Service, virtual network edge, and cloud-adjacent architectures, Orange Wholesale International is expanding its portfolio of automated private L2 connectivity and software-defined, carrier-grade network services.

The Product Marketing Manager – NaaS will lead the wholesale adaptation, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Orange’s Private Layer 2 connectivity offering, and Virtual Network Edge (VNE) platform.

The role’s core mission is to transform an enterprise-oriented VNE platform into a scalable, wholesale-ready NaaS competitive proposition and tailored to the needs of international operators, ISPs, cloud providers, and ecosystem partners.

Product Positioning & Value Proposition

  • Define the wholesale positioning and value proposition of NaaS offering including On demand Carrier ethernet connectivity and VNE
  • Position the platform internally and against competitors
  • Clearly articulate differentiation across coverage, performance, openness, APIs, SLA, and carrier-grade capabilities.

Wholesale Offer Adaptation

  • Accelerate Ethernet on demand adaptation and bundle it with VNE platform
  • Adapt VNE capabilities to wholesale market requirements, including, multi-tenancy and partner enablement, interoperability with third-party VNFs vendors, API-driven provisioning and automation, scalability, resilience, and SLA-driven service models
  • Structure uses cases around NaaS Ethernet on demand and VNE, virtual SD-WAN hubs, security, routing, cloud interconnect

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Lead the global go-to-market strategy, including launches, messaging, and commercial storytelling.
  • Define target segments (mobile operators, B2B operators, ISPs, digital service providers).
  • Develop sales enablement assets: pitch decks, value narratives, use-case descriptions, competitive battlecards.

Cross-Entity Coordination

  • Act as the key interface between NaaS platform product teams (technology, roadmap) and Orange Wholesale.
  • Translate wholesale market needs into product evolution requirements.
  • Align internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, pre-sales, technical, and strategy teams.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor trends in Carrier Ethernet, VNE, NaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, edge networking, and cloud interconnect.
  • Maintain continuous competitive analysis and pricing/positioning insights.
  • Contribute to Orange Wholesale’s long-term Ethernet and VNE / NaaS strategy and roadmap.

About you

  • 8+ years’ experience in product management, or portfolio strategy within telecom, networking, or cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of telecom markets and global carrier ecosystems.
  • Solid knowledge of Ethernet / L2 connectivity, EVPN, network virtualization (NFV/SDN), edge networking
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical platforms into clear commercial value propositions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in international, matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
