Team ProtoPie

Product Marketing Manager (Senior)

[About the role]

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Senior) — a versatile B2B SaaS marketer who can own the product marketing side of our Enterprise motion: how ProtoPie is positioned to the market, how launches land, and how our Sales team tells our story. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with our Product Teams, Demand Generation, and the Sales team.

This is a broad, senior operator role rather than a narrow product marketing specialist role. If you've spent your career in B2B SaaS marketing and have a track record of shaping product positioning, running launches, or arming Sales teams — even without a formal Product Marketing title — this could be a strong next step.

*Please note that the official job title will be Marketing Manager

[Responsibilities]

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Own product positioning and messaging for ProtoPie's expanding product portfolio, spanning both core and new product lines
  • Lead end-to-end GTM for for product launches — narrative, launch assets, internal enablement, external communications, and post-launch review
  • Partner with the Head of Growth on category positioning against AI-native design tools, translating strategy into messaging the market and Sales team can use
  • Feed messaging direction and content briefs into the content pipeline owned by Demand Generation
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and update Sales positioning as the market shifts

Sales Enablement

  • Arm the Sales team with what they need to sell — pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive references, objection handling, and ROI narratives
  • Partner with BDM and ECS teams on account-specific messaging for strategic accounts
  • Run recurring Sales enablement sessions and measure adoption and win-rate impact of enablement assets

Cross-Functional

  • Partner with the Growth Product Squad on in-product messaging, feature announcements, and PLG activation narratives
  • Contribute messaging direction to the editorial calendar and webinar program owned by Demand Generation
  • Collaborate with regional marketing colleagues in Korea, China, and Japan on localized launch execution and messaging adaptation
  • Work directly with the Head of Growth on strategic messaging pivots and executive-facing narratives
  • Support enterprise events, executive engagement programs, and account-specific activation
  • Collaborate with regional marketing colleagues in Korea, China, and Japan on localized launch execution and messaging adaptation
  • Work directly with the Head of Growth on strategic messaging pivots and executive-facing narratives

[Qualifications]

Must

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity
  • Demonstrated ownership across at least two of the following areas — you don't need to have done all of them; Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or brand narrative work
  • Experience shaping how a product is understood by a specific audience — through positioning, messaging, launch narrative, or campaign concept work
  • Hands-on partnership experience with Sales teams — you understand how Sales actually uses marketing output
  • Comfortable operating in Enterprise motions and translating strategy into concrete assets across funnels
  • Strong writing craft in English — you can produce marketing narratives, positioning docs, and enablement content directly
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean

Plus

  • Track record of owning at least one product launch end-to-end
  • Experience shaping positioning against direct competitors, especially AI-native or category-disrupting ones
  • Experience marketing to designers, developers, or product teams
  • Experience in a global SaaS company with APAC or Korea responsibility
  • Experience in automotive, consumer hardware, fintech, or kiosk/self-service verticals
  • Sales Enablement program ownership
  • Team lead or mentoring experience
  • Experience with data visualization/analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Lightdash)

[Why This Role Matter]

ProtoPie is at a strategic inflection point. AI-native design tools are compressing traditional prototyping demand, and our response is a sharper Enterprise focus, a stronger multi-product portfolio, and differentiated positioning that the market — and our own Sales team — can act on.

This role owns the narrative side of that response. You'll orchestrate a sequence of product launches, rebuild Sales enablement around our strategic Enterprise accounts, and shape how ProtoPie is positioned against a rapidly evolving competitive landscape. If you want a seat where product marketing directly shapes company strategy — not just downstream execution — this is it.
