The Team You'll Join
You'll be part of our Core Platform Product team led by Alexis Bourgeois, Group Product Manager.
As a PM in the Platform pillar, you’ll help define how AI transforms the Mirakl experience for operators and sellers. You’ll lead the foundations that enable product teams to embed AI agents directly into their workflows, helping users diagnose issues, receive the right guidance, and progressively automate time-consuming tasks. Working hand in hand with our Engineering Manager and backend/full-stack Java developers, you’ll also drive key platform capabilities across user experience, authentication, API security, and compliance. This is a highly cross-functional role with a direct impact across Mirakl’s product ecosystem: building secure, scalable, and intelligent foundations that other teams can leverage.
Your Impact
- Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap for this squad within Core Platform, grounding decisions in customer needs, market trends, and company strategy
- Turn vision into delivery: write epics and user stories, organize sprints, and track roadmap execution end-to-end
- Lead discovery through customer workshops and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to continuously sharpen your understanding of operator and seller needs
- Shape the functional roadmap alongside Engineering, Design, and Documentation, from feature improvements to innovative new capabilities, including AI-powered projects in close collaboration with Data teams
- Own go-to-market execution and competitive intelligence: define key messages with Product Marketing and Sales, build collateral, track feature KPIs, and iterate based on customer and market insights
What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience
- Proven track record of working on complex product roadmaps in tightly aligned, multi-stakeholder organizations (PM, Design, Engineering, Documentation, Product Marketing)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Interest for AI practices and automation of daily tasks
Skills:
- Strategic thinking: ability to translate market signals and customer insights into a clear, actionable product vision
- Stakeholder management: strong communication skills to align and influence across technical and business teams
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable tracking KPIs, measuring feature impact, and driving iterative improvements
- Curiosity for AI: genuine interest in leveraging AI to drive efficiency and innovation in SaaS products
- Team player: you collaborate openly, share best practices, and elevate the people and product around you
