PRN Homecare CNA

Title: PRN PACE Homecare CNALocation: In the community, seeing patients in their homes. Either in Boulder/Lafayette, or Longmont/Dacono areas.Schedule: PRN, minimum 2 shifts per month. Hours and days may varyPay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hour
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the elderly and is flexible to providing care for patients throughout Boulder, Weld and Jefferson Counties.
The CNA assists participants and/or supervises with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting) as assigned in a variety of settings including the Day Center, homes, nursing facilities, and assisted livings.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a current Colorado CNA license
1+ years of experience working as a CNA
Experience working with the frail or elderly population
Experience working with individuals with mental health needs
Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening
