We are seeking a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional care to patients. This permanent part-time opportunity is ideally suited to someone who can work independently, while also contributing as a valued member of a collaborative clinical team.
About the role
You'll work closely with our GPs and practice team, supporting a range of clinical and patient care activities including:
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- Health assessments and care planning
- Chronic disease management support
- Patient recalls and follow-up activities
- Infection control and quality improvement initiatives
- Clinical documentation and administrative support
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
- Previous experience in general practice, primary care or community health (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working autonomously when required
- A positive, team-oriented approach
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
