Plant Manager

About this Position We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Kurkumbh plant. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end plant operations, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements, and delivering business performance objectives. The incumbent will play a critical leadership role in developing manufacturing capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve world-class operational standards. What you´ll do Lead all plant operations, including, production, maintenance, engineering, quality Develop and execute long-term manufacturing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Deliver plant performance KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and Henkel corporate standards related to Safety, Health, Environment. Lead workforce planning, capability development and succession planning for plant employees. Serve as the primary company representative for local authorities, statutory bodies and employee unions/councils. Manage plant budgets, investment planning, CAPEX projects and fixed asset management. Drive implementation of Henkel Production System (HPS) initiatives and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, innovation and high performance across the plant.
