Physician - Prolonged Casualty Care

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Physician – Prolonged Casualty Care in San Antonio, TX to support prolonged casualty care and operational medicine activities. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:

Support prolonged casualty and prolonged field care activities.
Support casualty care in delayed evacuation and resource-constrained environments.
Support clinical guideline review.
Support exercises and simulation activities.
Support performance improvement case analysis.

What You Bring:
Required:

MD or DO degree.
Completion of an accredited residency program.
Active, unrestricted physician license.
Current knowledge of prolonged casualty care or prolonged field care.
Minimum 3 years of post-residency experience in emergency medicine, critical care, trauma, surgery, operational medicine, or related field.
Experience with prolonged casualty care, delayed evacuation or resource-constrained environments, guideline review, exercises or simulation, and performance improvement case analysis.
Secret clearance required.
CAC eligibility required.
T3 investigation requirement.
