Physical Laboratory - Assistant Manager/ Manager

Position: Physical Laboratory Assistant Manager/Manager (Consumer Products - Toys & Hardlines)

Team: Physical Laboratory

Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City - Cat Lai WardImplement management system and ISO 17025;

• Manage and improve operations workflow, processes and resources, to ensure work
• effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory;
• Monitor the daily operation to ensure high level of technical compliance and quality performance of the laboratory;
• Develop and implement new testing method and regulatory; build up testing capacity to align with demands;
• Identify potential issues in the laboratory; analyze and provide timely resolution of technical
• problems;
• Provide technical training or seminars to clients or staff;
• Review data from technical personnel to reporting personnel; review and approve physical test report;
• Report inadequate resources to upper management.

• Master or Degree holder of Physics or Mechanical Engineering;
• Must 6 years or above working experience in physical testing laboratory;
• Less experience can consider as Assistant Manager;
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditations body;
• Strong knowledge of mechanical testing standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, ISO, CPSIA, etc.);
• Good trouble shooting and supervision, leadership skill;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
• Analytical mind and logical thinking;
• Initiative, organized and able to work independently.
