Phlebotomist

Exhibit proficiency in all of the following:
blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients
of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections,
breath/saliva alcohol testing.

1-2 experience in Phlebotomy with Phlebotomy certificate.
