Performance Improvement Nurse

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Performance Improvement Nurse in San Antonio, TX to support clinical nursing and performance improvement activities. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:

Support clinical case review.
Support audit filters and core measures.
Support CPG compliance.
Support registry data and benchmarking.
Support multidisciplinary performance improvement activities.

What You Bring:
Required:

BSN from an accredited institution.
Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 states.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in trauma, emergency, critical care, quality, or performance improvement.
Experience with clinical case review, audit filters/core measures, CPG compliance, registry data, benchmarking, and multidisciplinary PI activities.
Secret clearance required.
CAC eligibility required.
T3 investigation requirement.

Preferred:

Trauma-related certification.
