People & Culture Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate daily P&C operations in line with Accor values, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning and coordinate staffing requirements with department heads.
- Maintain accurate employee records, P&C documentation, and personnel administration.
- Assist with employee engagement, retention, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support performance management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Support learning and development, training, and career development initiatives.
- Prepare P&C reports, maintain P&C metrics, and provide relevant information to management.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise, coach, and support HR team members in their daily responsibilities.
- Assist the HR Manager/Director in implementing People & Culture initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
