Thanks to a team consisting exclusively of experts in their field, we are ready to supervise any project, regardless of its complexity and scale.
US Software Solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist will support the payroll team with day-to-day data entry, timesheet tracking, and payroll preparation for US-based employees and contractors. Working under the guidance of a senior colleague, you will be trained on our internal systems and workflows. This is an entry-level role ideal for detail-oriented, motivated individuals looking to build a career in payroll and finance.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
  • Input employee hours, payroll data, and financial notes into spreadsheets and internal systems (Excel, Smartsheet).
  • Collect, verify, and organize timesheet data from field employees prior to payroll runs.
  • Assist senior staff in preparing payroll calculations for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, employee files, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and field staff to resolve discrepancies in hours or payroll data.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and take on additional tasks as skills grow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (recommended not a must).
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred (recommended not a must).
  • Experience with accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with colleagues in team focused environment.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills. (B2)
