Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey – Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £36,000
Hours: Standard business weekday hours, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Parts & Accessories Advisor to join our After Sales team, supporting one of our long-standing automotive partners, Kia.

You'll play an important role in ensuring parts and accessories are available, information is accurate and operational issues are resolved efficiently.

The role

As a Parts & Accessories Advisor, you'll support the Kia dealer network, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth supply and administration of parts and accessories.

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Parts & Accessories, you'll work across supplier liaison, order management, reporting, stakeholder communication and problem-solving.

You'll work closely with After Sales, Customer Service, suppliers and dealer networks to resolve supply issues, manage back orders, maintain accurate product information and support efficient delivery.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll need to manage multiple priorities, maintain excellent attention to detail and build strong relationships across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date parts and accessories information across internal systems and dealer platforms.

  • Supporting new vehicle launches by ensuring parts and accessories are available and ready.

  • Managing inbound enquiries from dealers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing timely advice and support.

  • Monitoring and proactively resolving back orders, supply delays and product issues with suppliers.

  • Processing OE parts orders to meet forecast demand.

  • Producing operational reports and performance data to support business decisions.

  • Processing dealer, internal and staff parts orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Monitoring goods in, supplier returns and stock movements.

  • Supporting customer escalations relating to parts and accessories alongside the Customer Service team.

  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent service.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys finding solutions to operational challenges.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a manufacturer, importer or franchised dealership.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams, suppliers and dealers.

  • An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
