We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Advisor (Virtual Assistant) to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing automotive parts, communicating with suppliers, preparing quotations, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong automotive parts knowledge and outstanding English communication skills.
- Identify and source automotive parts based on customer or technician requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and product information.
- Prepare accurate quotations and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update parts inventory records.
- Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Deliver professional and high-quality customer service through written and verbal communication.
- Ensure all documentation and communications are accurate and well-organized.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- English proficiency
