Office Assistant
Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is seeking an experienced, full-time Office Assistant to join our team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The Office Assistant will provide support to the sales team. Qualitied candidates will possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to perform at high standards, have positive attitude and are focused.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Data entry
- Scanning/filing documents
- Welcome visitors, vendors and guests
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel)
- Self-starter, results orientated
- Strong organizational skills
- Fast learner
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment
- Be a team player
- Positive attitude!
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs. (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel)
