.Net Web developer

· Developing new customer facing experiences

· Optimizing web experiences through continuous A/B testing and analytics

· Defining and managing UX patterns and web standards

· Developing several new backend capabilities including WebAPIs and personalization support

· Closely working with the Azure Web team to enhance the BAPI experiences

· Mentoring contributors across the BAPI group who are creating new pages and content

· 5+ years of web development experience building and running large scale, production web sites

· 4+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, C#, and the .NET Framework

· 3+ years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS/LESS

· 2+ years of experience with popular JavaScript libraries such as React or Angular

· Comprehensive experience using Git/GitHub

· Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud services

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Blend of passion, creativity, and attention to detail for delivering an awesome web experience
