Mid Contrrolling Manager

As a Mid Controlling Manager, you will be part of the Production team and support financial controlling activities related to vehicle maintenance and repair operations for the German market. You will work with financial and operational data to ensure accurate cost tracking, support efficient processes, and provide insights that help improve cost control and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and control costs related to vehicle maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure the accurate processing, validation, and documentation of production-related financial data and invoices
• Calculate and track maintenance and repair costs for vehicles
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support cost control and efficient financial processes
• Analyze cost data, identify trends and deviations, and provide insights to support business decisions
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses
• Support the monitoring of budgets, actual costs, and financial performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
• Support the automation and further development of controlling processes and tools

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• A few years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, data analytics, or a similar role
• Experience in cost controlling, production controlling, operational finance, or data-driven business environments is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Strong background in data analysis, with hands-on experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, BI tools, SQL, or other financial/data analysis tools is a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Excellent command of English; German is a plus

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
