• You’re the single point of contact for our clients, juggling planning, coordination, and follow-up like a pro – all while spreading the Mama spirit. ✨ You’re the go-to person who makes Mama the place to be for events.
• You work hand-in-hand with every department (Culinary, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office…) to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• You handle quotes, bookings, logistics, payments, and reporting – and you still manage to make people feel special and delighted.
• On top of that, you help grow our visibility and revenue 📈 by nurturing great relationships with agencies and companies, and by applying a smart commercial strategy. 💸
• You keep one eye on market trends and the other on guest satisfaction.

🌟 What do we have in store for you? 🚀

1. 💰 Gross annual salary: €24,000 – €27,000, depending on experience and skills.
2. 📑 Contract type: full-time permanent or fixed-term contract, with the goal of transitioning to a permanent position. To be determined based on the candidate’s experience and profile. 🤝
