Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Track record of delivering custom automated stations or continuous assembly lines through design, integration, and qualification.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, DOE, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Professional fluency in English for technical reporting and cross-timezone collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in non-standard automation machine development within consumer electronics (3C).
• Domain expertise in precision assembly, adhesive dispensing, thin-film lamination, optical inspection, or delicate pick-and-place mechanisms.
• Understanding of factory line balancing, simulation tools, or high-volume equipment ramp challenges.
• Experience in AIML and lean factory.
