Manager, Talent Acquisition
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition based in the United States.
This role leads talent acquisition activities while helping build and scale a high-performing recruiting organization.
You will combine hands-on recruiting with people leadership, serving as both a strategic advisor and an active recruiter.
The position partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR, and finance to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
You will guide the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
The role includes coaching junior recruiting professionals, improving processes, and using talent acquisition metrics to drive team performance.
You will operate in a fast-paced technology environment where organization, communication, urgency, and sound judgment are essential.

Accountabilities:
- Act as a player/coach by maintaining an active recruiting workload while training, mentoring, and supporting more junior talent acquisition team members.
- Serve as a lead recruiter for positions across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
- Manage and support a team of approximately 1–3 recruiting professionals, such as recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
- Partner with leadership to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and the drivers behind hiring decisions.
- Advise hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, helping define role requirements and identify effective hiring approaches.
- Partner with HR leadership to educate hiring managers and conduct interview training and other activities designed to optimize the recruitment process.
- Work with finance stakeholders to understand broader workforce budgets, hiring costs, and related business decisions.
- Help drive recruiting team performance through objectives and key results (OKRs) and relevant talent acquisition metrics.
- Create, maintain, and improve recruiting processes, including job description management and workflow optimization.
- Use recruiting data and operational insights to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the organization positively in candidate interactions and contribute to a strong employer brand.
- Support initiatives that promote diversity of thought, experience, and representation across the workforce.
- Work effectively across multiple time zones in a remote or hybrid environment and travel when business needs require it.
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a demonstrated progression toward increased responsibility.
- 1–3 years of formal people-management experience.
- Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced software development or technology environment with significant requisition volumes.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent acquisition metrics; experience with iCIMS is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to understand the nuances of different roles, team dynamics, business requirements, and candidate motivations.
- Strong business-partnering and advisory skills, with the ability to coach hiring managers and influence effective hiring decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal awareness.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, persistence, and follow-through.

- Remote work arrangement, with the source position requiring residence in the Guadalajara, Mexico area.
- Annual base salary range of MXN $949,500–$1,055,000.
