Pariveda is seeking a Manager to join our team in Dallas. Our team delivers strategically connected management consulting services at moments of critical change to solve root challenges, discover breakthrough opportunities, and guide the decisions that define our clients' enterprise-wide initiatives.
As a Manager, you will partner closely with clients to navigate organizational change, optimize processes, reimagine operating models, assess technology capabilities, and enable successful transformations. What You'll Do
As a Manager, you'll lead consulting engagements that help clients solve their most important challenges. You'll work directly with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to guide organizations through complex transformation initiatives.
Depending on the engagement, you will:
Contribute ideas, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and continuously look for opportunities to improve client outcomes
Analyze project and business information to identify emerging risks, trends, bottlenecks, and decisions requiring leadership attention
Influence leaders across organizations to align priorities, navigate ambiguity, and move complex initiatives forward, even when you don't have direct authority
Partner with executive stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical strategies that create measurable business value
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, balancing business objectives, organizational readiness, and technology considerations
Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and decision-making discussions that create alignment and accelerate progress
Build trusted advisor relationships through thoughtful communications, strong business acumen, and consistently exceptional delivery
Lead cross-functional consulting teams while coaching, mentoring, and developing future consulting leaders
Guide organizations through technology-enabled change by helping clients successfully adopt new ways of working
Develop governance structures, operating models, roadmaps, and business processes that enable long-term organizational success
Invest in the growth of others through coaching and mentorship while remaining committed to your own continuous learning and professional development
Manage delivery plans, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across complex initiatives

Qualifications
We're interested in experienced management consultants and business leaders who have successfully led complex, transformational initiatives.
You will have:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Business Strategy
Technology Strategy
Enterprise Transformation
Enterprise Program or Project Leadership
Business Process Improvement
Organizational Development
Organizational Change Management
Operations experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and organizational complexity
Demonstrated success developing strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, governance models, operating models, or organizational improvement initiatives
Strong communications and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across executive, functional, and technical audiences
Experience managing project scope, delivery plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
An understanding of enterprise technology initiatives and how technology enables business transformation
A passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow
Bachelor's degree required

Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $139,100-$153,000 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
