Manager - SHE

About this Position The SHE Manager is responsible for driving the Sustainability, Health, Environment and Safety (SHE) strategy at the Kurkumbh site. The role ensures full compliance with Henkel SHE standards, legal requirements, and continuous improvement agendas, while fostering a strong safety culture and advancing sustainability and process safety excellence across the site What you´ll do Drive and implement site SHE strategy aligned with regional and global priorities. Ensure compliance with SHE standards, legal regulations, permits, and statutory requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety, sustainability, and risk reduction. Manage and represent the site during SHE, Process Safety, and Corporate audits. Track audit actions and ensure timely closure of findings. Monitor environmental compliance, including ETP operations and regulatory approvals. Prepare periodic SHE reports, analyze performance trends, and drive corrective actions. Lead SHE incident investigations, root cause analysis, and action tracking. Develop and deliver SHE training programs to employees, contractors, and third parties. Conduct workplace risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture across operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen SHE governance and operational excellence.
