Manager, Sales Enablement
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement based in United States.
This role is a hands-on sales enablement leadership position focused on measurable revenue outcomes rather than training volume. You will partner closely with go-to-market and sales leadership to accelerate rep ramp, improve win rates, and strengthen sales execution. You will own onboarding and certification programs grounded in live customer interactions, call reviews, demos, and evaluated practice. AI will be central to the role, helping scale coaching, personalize content, identify deal risks, and improve rep productivity across a 30+ person sales organization. You will also drive product and competitive fluency, ensuring reps can confidently position the full product suite and navigate competitive conversations. Working across Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, and other stakeholders, you will help create a consistent, data-driven enablement environment where every initiative is tied to a clear sales outcome.
Accountabilities:
- Own new-representative ramp and productivity, with a focus on reducing time-to-first-deal through real pipeline activity, customer conversations, call recordings, and hands-on selling practice.
- Build and manage a tiered certification program covering trade-show fluency, demo readiness, and full-suite product certification, using live evaluated practice rather than course completion alone.
- Develop an AI-driven coaching model that uses call analysis, content personalization, and rep self-service to identify deal risks, discovery gaps, demo quality issues, and talk-track opportunities.
- Build and manage reusable AI assistants for objection handling, battlecards, discovery preparation, account research, and other sales workflows, ensuring each tool is connected to measurable outcomes.
- Drive product and competitive fluency so Account Executives can confidently conduct product overview conversations and position solutions across the broader product portfolio.
- Develop competitive playbooks and displacement strategies that help reps land and expand opportunities from the initial sales conversation.
- Audit, streamline, maintain, and improve sales collateral, ensuring reps have access to a clear and reliable single source of truth for decks, pricing materials, battlecards, and other resources.
- Establish ownership, adoption targets, and performance metrics for sales enablement tools and eliminate tools that do not contribute meaningfully to ramp time, win rates, or activity quality.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to identify coaching priorities and improve coaching consistency across the sales organization.
- Support Solution Consulting and Product teams with demo discipline, sandbox usage, and new-feature enablement so product launches translate into sales pipeline and field adoption.
- Continuously identify gaps across content, tools, coaching, and sales execution and help drive practical improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, sales engineering, sales management, or a related field, including direct ownership or significant responsibility for enablement programs.
- Demonstrated results improving measurable sales outcomes such as rep ramp time, win rates, productivity, or certification effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms, modern outbound sales tools, LMS platforms, and CRM workflows.
- Strong practical experience using AI for sales coaching, call analysis, content creation, automation, and rep enablement, including building custom GPTs or comparable AI assistants.
- Strong field credibility, with experience as a high-performing Account Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing sales professional preferred.
- Experience selling into public safety, healthcare, government technology, or other vertical or regulated markets is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment where processes, organizational structures, and technology stacks may still be developing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify what is not working and translate those findings into practical improvements.
- Excellent communication, coaching, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach, including leading live sessions, reviewing calls, participating in demos, and working directly with sales representatives.
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer. Employment visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check.
- The role is fully remote within the United States, with minimal travel expected at this time.
- Salary: $140,000 annually.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Flexible paid time off.
- Fully remote work environment.
- Technology stipend.
- Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-driven sales enablement, coaching, and automation.
- Opportunity to directly influence sales productivity, ramp time, certification, and win rates.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales leadership, Solution Consulting, Product, and go-to-market teams.
- Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified employees and applicants.
