Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Mission Integration Manager at CHI Williston Health, you will provide operational leadership and mission integration expertise to help bring CommonSpirit Health’s mission, vision, and values to life across our care sites and community. You will work collaboratively with market and facility leaders to advance strategic priorities and strengthen the integration of Ministry Formation, Ethics, Community Health & Outreach, and Spiritual Care.

Every day you will collaborate with leaders, physicians, staff, community partners, and spiritual care teams to develop and implement mission strategies that support patient care, organizational culture, and community health. You will be expected to provide leadership and consultation, support spiritual care and ethics initiatives, oversee assigned staff and resources, and communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership and governance.

To be successful in this role, you must be an effective collaborative leader with strong communication, relationship-building, strategic planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate mission and values into meaningful operational practices and initiatives.

• Lead the integration of CommonSpirit Health’s mission, vision, and values into organizational culture, decision-making, operations, and strategic planning.

• Collaborate with facility, market, and physician leaders to develop and implement annual mission strategies and priorities.

• Build relationships with community organizations, churches, spiritual care providers, and other partners to support community health and the health care ministry.

• Provide leadership and oversight for spiritual care, ethics consultation, religious practices, formation, and related mission integration initiatives.

• Supervise assigned professional staff and manage departmental resources, budgets, performance, and accountability in alignment with organizational standards.

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelors Degree in Mission Integration, Theology, Pastoral Studies or related field, upon hire.

Preferred

• Masters Degree in Mission Integration, Theology, Pastoral Studies or related field
• Board Certified Chaplain BCC (BCC-BCC)
