Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Manager, Clinical Services, you will oversee daily operations and strategic direction for specific clinical service lines, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.Every day you will manage and mentor clinical staff, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and efficiency.To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and clinical knowledge, driving continuous improvement and excellent patient care to meet organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Required

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with Three years experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty, upon hire and
• Two years in a charge nurse/ leadership or equivalent position and
• Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support (through AHA) - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 30 Days

Preferred

• Bachelors Of Nursing, upon hire or
• Bachelors Other in a related field, upon hire
