About the Role
Keep a world-class island destination running like clockwork. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our upscale facilities in Nassau, including a high-end spa and fitness center. You'll bring technical expertise and a hands-on, solutions-first mindset to a team that takes pride in getting the details right — in one of the most sought-after settings in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep all systems and equipment running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general facility issues.
- Provide dedicated support to spa and fitness operations, maintaining equipment to luxury service standards.
- Respond promptly to service requests, prioritizing safety and operational continuity.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and materials used.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician; hospitality, spa, or fitness facility experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Personal tools a plus.
