Your Role: As a Maintenance Technician you will:

Carpentry
Door latch installation
Plumbing
Heating
Wiring
Woodworking
Pavement Repair
Landscaping
Janitorial Work
Travel Between Locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Several years of maintenance work, power tool knowledge.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and vehicle and basic computer skills.
