| Position Summary: |
| The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, |
| and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. |
| This role supports manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance |
| and responding to equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner. |
| Key Responsibilities: |
| Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, |
| and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment. |
| Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to schedule. |
| Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis. |
| Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability. |
| Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using CMMS software. |
| Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. |
| Support installation and commissioning of new equipment. |
| Complete monthly Kaizen (improvement) activities. |
| Qualifications: |
| High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. |
| 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or assembly plant. |
| Strong knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and mechanical systems. |
| Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. |
| Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. |
| Experience with Excel and Power Point. |
| Ability to work independently and in a team environment. |
| Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. |
