MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to keep plant equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably in a heavy industrial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs
- Repair/rebuild crushers, screens & conveyor systems
- Install & align bearings, belts, chains and rotating equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Perform basic welding & torch cutting
- Assist with equipment installation, rigging & plant outages
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Background in mining, heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with welding & equipment alignment
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Safety-focused, dependable and able to work independently
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Technical training/certifications are a plus!
Work Environment
Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment and conveyors in hot, dusty and noisy industrial conditions, including heights and confined spaces. Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
