Live In Care CAREGiver

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to our client’s quality of life to join our team in Watford as a Live-In CAREGiver.

As a Live-In CAREGiver, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of companionship-based care services to support them to remain living in their own home.

To be considered you will need a minimum of 6 months professional care experience, working with the elderly. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding care service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

· Home Instead will support you on your CAREGiver Journey, providing you with training and support along the way. You will have the opportunity to take advantage of additional training to develop your skills in all areas of care.

· We will match you to like-minded clients and support you during your assignment with daily contact from a dedicated member of the office team.

· Working patterns will be agreed prior to each assignment - with a generous rate of pay – starting at £110 per day plus food allowance.
