As our next Kitchen Team Member, you…
Be part of a thriving team in the heart of the city. We are looking for a someone to join our team who loves to be involved. Ibis Portsmouth is a 144 bedroom hotel with a full service restaurant.
Hours: Part time (20-25 a week)
Availability: Flexible, mainly evenings and weekends. Additional hours available to cover holidays
Start: ASAP
Are curious about food, always willing to try new combinations and flavours.
Assist in the preparation of the dishes in a timely fashion and agreed standards.
Ensure the availability of mise-en-place as required.
Observe excellent food hygiene practice through the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
