Posted Updated
Discussion

Our client sells physical products both online and through retail partners, with the majority of revenue currently coming from its own direct-to-consumer website. This role will own day-to-day management of major e-commerce and membership-commerce accounts, including campaign planning, placement negotiation, and pricing and margin control, while also leading large-scale group-buying and influencer-led sales initiatives from offer structuring through scheduling. This role sits at the center of the company's channel strategy as it balances a fast-growing direct-to-consumer channel with an expanding network of retail and group-buying partners, and acts as the regional point of contact for coordinating sales data and inventory planning with headquarters.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations for key e-commerce and membership-commerce accounts, including planning promotional periods and campaign calendars, negotiating placements, controlling pricing, preparing quotes, coordinating POSM and inventory, overseeing channel advertising spend, and handling day-to-day customer service coordination with each partner
  • Lead business development, offer structuring, and detailed scheduling for large-scale group-buying and influencer-led sales initiatives, working to maximize conversion across each campaign
  • Identify and develop new sales channels and cross-industry partnership opportunities, such as retail chain or telecom collaborations, and follow up on inbound commercial inquiries as they arise
  • Track sales performance, profit margins, and inventory turnover across all channels, producing regular analysis and reports that are used to continuously optimize commercial strategy
  • Act as the regional point of contact for headquarters on channel matters, ensuring transparent sales reporting and coordinated inventory and product supply planning across markets

Core Essentials

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce key account management or business development
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, including margin calculation and familiarity with e-commerce promotional mechanics
  • Business-level English proficiency, sufficient for regular sales reporting and alignment with an overseas headquarters
  • Strong project management skills and self-discipline, with the ability to independently manage complex, multi-channel coordination
  • Comfortable handling cross-functional communication across internal teams and external partners

Bonus Skills

  • Prior experience managing parenting or baby retail channels, maternal-infant brands, or consumer electronics sales
