Junior Recruiter

Location: Cluj

Responsibilities:

• Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations, using different tools: recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks, executive search, and headhunting;
• Schedule candidate interviews;
• Participate in face-to-face interviews and conduct both phone and face-to-face interviews;
• Manage multiple recruitment projects for different clients and different industries;
• Realizing CVs in a standard format and creating the candidate's profile;
• Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes;
• Preparing recruitment and selection reports for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required (preferable degree in psychology/sociology/economy);
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word);
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.
